Kappa Tau Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Incorporated was chartered on June 12, 2008.   Kappa Tau Sigma Charter members were Geneva Bartlett, Anita G. Robinson, Anita Bartlett-Spann, Angela Bartlett Treece, and Kelly Stratoti.   Striving to enhance the goals of the sorority, KTS community projects focus on providing services and funding to many local organizations, churches, and schools.   KTS proudly sponsors The Middle Tennessee State University undergraduate chapter of Lambda Chi.    Local community service activities include: Blanket donation to Room at the Inn,  Gift Basket Contribution to Stones River Manor, Annual Youth Symposium, Breast Cancer Awareness Activities, Sigma Cookbook (fundraiser), Operation Big Book Bag, and Scholarship Luncheon.
